Privacy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Short version: no cookies of our own, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. If you send us a message, we use it only to reply to you.

Who we are

This site belongs to Off the Clock Software, a small software studio in Northwest Ohio, USA. Questions about your data:

What we collect

  • The contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you pick and your message. That's all.
  • Emails you send us: what you write, and your email address.
  • We don't use analytics, ad trackers or cookies of our own.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, and to scope and do the work you ask for.
  • We never sell or share your details, and we never add you to a mailing list.

Services that handle it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the contact form. Like any web host, it handles your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
  • Resend (an email delivery service) passes your form message to our inbox.
  • Zoho Mail holds our inbox.
  • Google Fonts serves the pixel heading font, so your browser asks Google for it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages in our inbox while we talk with you or work together, and for our business records after that. Ask us to delete your messages at any time and we will, unless the law needs us to keep a record (for example, an invoice).

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll answer.

Links to Nexus Mods, Thunderstore, GitHub and other sites follow those sites' own privacy rules.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.
