How it works
We build it first
We look at your business the way a customer does: your current site, your photos, your hours, what you sell. Then we build your new website.
You pay nothingYou see it
Tim shows you the finished site, in person or on a video call, or sends you a private link. Tell us what to change. Don’t like it? Say no, and that’s the end of it.
You pay nothingSay yes, it’s live
You pay once, at the yes. Add us as a helper on your web address account (no password needed), and a standard site is live within 24 hours.
You pay onceWhat it costs after launch
No monthly hosting bill. You renew only your own web address, about $10 to $20 a year, with the company you bought it from. For 30 days after launch, changes to text, pictures, colours and small details are unlimited. After that a change is $100, or add Unlimited Updates for $20 a month (or $200 a year): text us any small change, done within 24 hours on business days.
Bigger projects, like online shops, are quoted in writing first. The price is agreed before we start, never after.
Questions
Do I really see it before I pay?
Yes. We build your site first and show it to you. You pay when you say yes, not before. Don’t like it? Say no: you owe nothing, and we take the preview down.
Do I own it?
Yes. Your web address stays in your name. Once paid in full, the site (its text, design and files) is yours. Your logo, photos and words always stay yours.
Who hosts it, and what if you go out of business?
We host it, with no monthly charge. If we ever stop hosting, you get at least 60 days’ notice and free help to move. We hand over your site’s files at no charge whenever you ask, and any web host can run them.
I don’t have a web address, or don’t know who has it.
That’s common. We help you find out who has it, or help you buy one in your name.
